Thursday Club 5/04/06

- Baby arugula salad with Goat Cheese.
- Coq au Vin with garlic mashed potatoes.
- Crème Brulee.

This was my 2nd 'at bat' & I had lost a lot of the stage fright from my previous culinary contribution. The dinner went off without a hitch & as usual, we had two guests, Serena & Ewa. The highlight of the night was the Crème Brulee. My sister suggested that I let each person man the torch for their own dessert; this turned out to be really fun. In typical fashion, Teddy 1-upped us all & created a caramel crust that you could probably stand on... All in all, it was an awesome night...
