- Baked Brie with Mango Chutney.
- White bean & Andouille soup.
- "Smothered" Oxtail over garlic mashed potatoes.
- Fondants au Chocolat with Ice Cream.
This was my first Thursday Club offering & to be quite honest, I was really worried that things were going to go to shit. Adam, Teddy, myself & our honorary guests Serena & Eli had a great dinner (tooting my own horn). I managed to pull off my first 4 course meal ever & it was a great feeling.
